Marriage Requirements - How to get married in Hawaii

Step 2: Obtain a marriage license
You can apply online for a Hawaii marriage license. There is no wait period and no residential requirements for a marriage in Hawaii at this time. Prior to completing the marriage or civil union application, be sure to review the marriage or civil union requirements for obtaining a license. After you've met the requirements, fill out the online application. The application should only take a few minutes. You will be asked to enter a performer name in the application, please select "James Chun" as your marriage performer.

Step 3: Meet with marriage license agent
After completing the online application, you will need to meet with the agent to obtain your license (be sure to bring your ID). You can scheduled a appointment with them with there online booking site.
Meet your marriage at the Department of Health or at one the other locations listed.
